Abstract: Public digital culture service is a combination of public cultural service and digital information technology, and also an important part of public cultural service system. Talent construction is the key guarantee factor to improve the public digital culture service system. Based on the current situation and problems of the construction of public digital culture service talents in China, this paper analyzed the relevant causes, discussed and put forward such personnel training measures as multi-channel training mode and user satisfaction test, so as to improve the public digital culture service system.
