Abstract: From the perspective of library alliance, this paper first introduced the domestic and foreign situation of library alliance's group purchase of electronic resources, and analyzed the cost-effectiveness about domestic group purchase, and then did some in-depth analysis about the relationship between library alliance and data vendors, among library alliance members and data vendors by using the game theory. Finally, aiming at the deficiency, some suggestions were put forward, including establishing effective communication mechanism, enriching purchasing needs, standardizing the purchasing license agreement and perfecting the supervision and evaluation system.
