摘要: 进入21世纪以后,随着计算机网络技术的发展,图书馆联盟建设也突飞猛进,尤其区域图书馆联盟在国内遍地开花。由于区域内的图书馆有统一的领导部门、统一的财政拨款、相同的事业目标以及服务对象,所以易于组织建设。它有效地实现了资源共建共享,提高效率降低成本,满足了本地区用户的需求,是一种行之有效的资源整合方式。目前,中国的区域图书馆联盟实践与理论都取得了很好的成果,但是也有一些项目在实施建设过程中遇到一些问题,例如运行不畅或者处于瘫痪状态。到底哪些因素影响了区域图书馆联盟的建设,这是文章研究的重点内容。

Abstract: After entering the 21st century, with the development of computer network technology, library alliance construction has made astounding advances, especially in China. Due to the unified leadership, unified finance funds, same career goals as well as the service object, it is easy for regional libraries to organize and effectively realize the resource sharing, efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and meet the needs of users in this region, which is an effective way of resource integration. At present, the practice and theory of regional library alliance have both achieved good results, but some programs also faced some problems in the construction process, such as running in a state of paralysis. This paper focused on the exact factors influencing the construction of regional library alliance.
