Abstract: The arrival of the knowledge economy is the knowledge society of lifelong learning as knowledge innovation, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application, people will be through more ways to use all the literature carrier acquisition and exchange of knowledge, this has created good conditions for the survival and development of Library. As professional library properly handle the relationship with Library Consortia in keeping its own independence while maintaining the whole Consortia, this paper is by way of special libraries library consortia to share resources to do simple thinking and analysis.
