Abstract: Network public opinion monitoring in the network era has experienced rapid development, which can help authorities, enterprises and institutions grasp the dynamics of public opinion, improve work and make scientific decisions. Network public opinion is closely related to social stability and harmonious society. This paper expounded the working mechanism, monitoring methods and countermeasures of network public opinion monitoring of professional libraries, and improved the monitoring service and safeguard mechanism.
