摘要: 图书馆资源共享建设是图书馆长期以来追求的目标。网络技术的快速发展不仅降低了资源共享的成本,还提高了资源共享的效率,极大方便了读者。文章首先梳理图书馆资源共享的发展演变以及必要性基础,揭示了资源共享的重要现实意义,同时深入剖析图书馆资源共享的内容,主要包括文献实体共享、书目资源共享和业务共享等3个方面,与此同时,在中国图书馆共享建设过程中,还存在着知识产权保护、经费短缺、缺乏统一的规划与标准等问题,针对问题本身,提出加强知识产权保护、引入市场机制和完善资源共享的标准与规范等3方面进行改进,充分利用网络途径最终实现图书馆资源共享。

Abstract: The construction of library resource sharing is the pursuit of library for a long period of time. The rapid development of network technology not only reduces the cost of resource sharing, but also improves the efficiency, providing a great convenience to the readers. Based on the development and necessity of library resource sharing under network environment, this paper analyzed the significance of resource sharing, and studied the contents of library resource sharing, including document entity sharing, bibliographic resource sharing and service sharing. And at the same time, aiming at the existing problems in the construction process of library resource sharing, like the intellectual property protection, the shortage of funds, and the lack of unified planning and standards, it put forward the strategies from strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights, introducing market mechanism and improving resource sharing standards and norms, so as to make full use of the network approach to realize the resource sharing of the library.
