以读者需求驱动图书馆信息服务改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Library Information Service Driven by Reader's Demand

摘要: [目的/意义]在信息化时代的背景下,读者的个性化需求越来越明显,图书馆应敏锐的抓住不同类型读者的需求重点,根据读者的需求提供个性化的信息服务,不断迎合新时代读者的要求,提升读者满意度。[方法/过程] 通过调查问卷法和沟通调查法,深入了解不同读者的信息需求现状,并按需求的不同将读者分为3类:新生读者、老生读者、科研型读者,针对不同类型的读者,选取了3个信息创新服务案例进行实证研究。[结果/结论]3个实证案例的研究结果表明,南京师范大学图书馆采取的创新方式可操作性强,并大大提高了读者的满意度,读者使用图书馆资源的积极性也有所提高,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: [Objective/ Significance] Under the background of information age, readers' individualized needs are becoming more and more obvious.Libraries should be keen to grasp the needs of different types of readers and provide personalized information services according to their needs, continuously cater to the requirements of readers and improving reader satisfaction. [Method/Process] To deeply understand the information demand of different readers through questionnaire method and communication survey method. According to different needs, readers are divided into three categories: new readers, old readers and research-oriented readers. Three cases of information innovation service of different types of readers are selected for empirical research. [Result/ Conclusion] Research results of three empirical cases show that the innovative ways adopted by our library are highly operable, and greatly improved the reader's satisfaction, the reader's enthusiasm for using library resources has also improved, and achieved good results.
