Abstract: The electronic form storage of college students' scientific and technological innovation practice achievements has an important auxiliary function to the cultivation of science and technology talents and the improvement of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability. In order to maximize the retention of various college students' scientific and technological innovation achievements, it need more skills and processing methods in the construction of storage means and forms, which also have a guiding role for other colleges. Therefore, taking the database construction in Library of China University of Mining and Technology as an example, this paper summarized the successful experiences and matters needing attention of the construction and development of college students' scientific and technological innovation practice database, hoping to provide some reference.
