摘要: [目的/意义]多媒体手段用于课堂教学,信息量大、节奏快,使课外辅导答疑工作压力倍增。本文提出创建课程答疑信息系统,建立课程信息数据库并关联到课程信息交互平台的主动信息服务模式。[方法/过程]通过构建课程答疑机器人,以“智能助教”角色嵌入到课程交互平台,使信息服务能直面教学一线,任课老师课外辅助教学更加便捷高效。以课程微信群为示例平台,以应用app的形式生成“智能助教”角色并拉入群中,赋予一定的在线答疑和在线自学习能力。[结果/结论]简要介绍了系统开发的技术理论及方法,经对雏形系统的测试,初步验证了信息在线角色服务模式的有效性和可行性。为利用现代信息系统主动为教学一线服务探索一种新途径。

Abstract: [Purpose/Meaning] Multimedia methods are used in classroom teaching, with such characteristics as a large amount of information and fast pace, which doubles the pressure of extracurricular tutoring and answering service. This article proposes an active information service model of creating a course information system, establishing a course information database and linking it to a course information interaction platform.[Method/Process] By constructing a course answering robot and embedding it into the course interactive platform with the role of "intelligent teaching assistant", the information service can directly face the front line of teaching, and the extracurricular auxiliary teaching is more convenient and efficient. Taking the course WeChat group as an example platform, an "intelligent teaching assistant' role is generated in the form of an app and pulled into the group' giving certain online Q&A and online self-learning capabilities.[Results/Conclusions] The technical theories and methods of system development are briefly introduced. After the prototype system is tested the effectiveness and feasibility of the online role service model is initially verified. This article explores a new way in using modern information systems to actively serve the front line of teaching.
