Abstract: In the new situation with the comprehensive application of globalized network, the managers have faced the diversity and uncertainty in the source and access of online public opinion, and are under the pressure of management efficiency. Based on the assessment architecture and related prediction index data of grey system theory, through the analysis of grey prediction by using the mean absolute error rate and life cycle theory, this paper pointed out the condition and development stage of online public opinion, to explore the management efficiency and improve the utilization rate of online public opinion.
