摘要: 从用户感知角度,以专家评估法确定指标因素集合和层次结构,使用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用模糊数学评价方法实现公共图书馆服务质量评价的定量化,通过建立综合评价模型实现对图书馆服务质量指标进行综合评价,最后以烟台图书馆为例,对评价模型进行实例验证。

Abstract: From the user perspective, the expert evaluation method was applied to determine the index set and hierarchical structure, and AHP was used to determine the index weight. Fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to realize the quantitative evaluation of service quality of public library. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive evaluation index of service quality in library was evaluated. Yantai Library was taken to verify the evaluation model.
