摘要: 图书馆作为集文化传播与文化保留于一身的公共服务场所,它所起到的作用与影响力无可替代。而随着信息化技术日趋成熟,使得很多行业要想取得长足的进步与发展,就必须尝试积极融入信息化,而传统型的图书馆要想在快捷阅读的时代下获得生存空间,适应当今社会环境,也要学会如何将数字化的管理手段融合到现今图书馆的运营模式中来。通过长期对其服务咨询类工作的考察分析,全方位、多角度,对数字化图书馆的创新性服务理念与如何培养合格的高素质数字化管理人员做了细致地探讨。

Abstract: As a public service area of cultural communication and conservation, library has played an irreplaceable influential role. With the increasing development of information technology, actively integrating in the environment of information has became an urgent mission for many industries to achieve considerable progress and development. Therefore, traditional library must learn to apply the digital management methods into the current library operation system so as to survive in the era of fast and efficient reading and adapt to today's social environment. Through the constant investigation and analysis of consulting service in the other fields, from comprehensive perspectives, this paper made a thorough inquiry and constructive conclusion on the innovative service concepts in the digital library and how to cultivate the qualified personnel of digital management.
