大数据时代图书馆服务质量差距成因分析及应对策略

摘要: 服务质量是图书馆永恒的研究主题。大数据进入图书馆,图书馆拥有机遇的同时,面临的是严峻挑战。探析大数据时代如何缩小服务质量差距是图书馆亟需研究的重大课题。分析大数据对图书馆服务质量构成要素的影响,构建大数据环境下图书馆服务质量差距模型,找出差距产生的原因,并提出缩小服务质量差距、提升服务质量的应对策略。

Abstract: Quality of service (QOS) is the eternal research topic of library. While the big data era brought both challenges and opportunities for library, researching how to narrow the gap in QOS among libraries has been an important and significant issue. This paper studied the effect of big data on the QOS of libraries, and built the QOS gap model in the big data era. It also found the causes of QOS gap in libraries and came up with the strategies on how to narrow gap and upgrade the QOS of libraries.
