Study on the Strategy to Enhance the Employment Competitiveness of Library Science Undergraduates

Abstract: The arrival of the era of market economy and information has brought huge impact and challenge for the development of library. Library science undergraduates lacked of employment competitiveness, and the phenomenon of de-library became more and more serious. This paper first expounded the key factors influencing the employment competitiveness of library science undergraduates, and then analyzed the reasons of low employment competitiveness, and finally put forward the specific countermeasures to provide some references for library science education in China.
