Investigation and Study on ways of off-Campus Access to University Library——Taking Gansu’s Universities as Examples

Abstract: Based on the investigation of valid users’ off-campus access service mode to library’s electronic resource in Gansu’s universities, this paper analyzed and compared two major technical implementation ways, and proposed the construction suggestions on library’s electronic resource off-campus access system, and then pointed out that universities should take an active part in constructing off-campus access system to guarantee users’ legal right in using resource in new environment
