This article utilizes methods of literature investigation and comparative analysis of data to study the digital reading situation of adults in our country, based on the statistics of the adult digital reading in the national reading survey report in the past five years. The results indicate that adults' digital reading behaviors of our country have the following characteristics: the time fragmentation, entertainment content, and diversification of forms. In the era of "Internet +", in consideration of the fact that a majority of the adults' digital reading situations have been described as a kind of seriously shallow, obviously entertaining and reading experience needs to be improved, we put forward corresponding strategies for the promotion of digital reading for Chinese adults.

With the advent of the digital age, the emergence of new media technologies such as micro-blog, micro-messaging, App and so on, people's reading habits and reading methods have also undergone tremendous changes. As the country calls on all people to read, digital reading has become a new fashion of reading. Using literature research and comparative analysis, this paper investigates two kinds of children's digital reading Apps, commercial and public welfare children's digital reading Apps, and makes a comparative analysis from five aspects: development mode and version construction, digital resources construction, service mode, interface design and user motivation. It discovers the problems of the Chinese public welfare children's digital reading App. Five suggestions are put forward: firstly, regular testing, timely updating and speeding up the upgrade of versions; secondly, enriching the content of digital resources and strengthening the construction of high-quality resources; thirdly, refining user groups and providing personalized services; fourthly, optimizing interface design to enhance children's reading experience; fifthly, improving users incentive system to ensure user loyalty, in order to promote the better development of public welfare children's digital reading App.

The article combines with the current reality of multiple subject to participate in the public library's digital reading promotion practice, analysis of multiple subject to participate in the basic characteristics of the public library's digital reading promotion, including the diversity of participating entities, the broadening of service objects, the promotion of promotion methods, and the sharing of digital resources, to extract four modes of multi-agent collaboration: public welfare service oriented mode, inside and outside linkage mode, resource opening and co-construction model. Finally, this paper explores the collaborative path of its multi-subject participation in the promotion of digital reading in public libraries from four aspects: role, platform, technology and supply and demand.

[Purpose/significance] Factors influencing users' willingness of continuous use of online knowledge Q&A community was studied, deeply into the essence of users' acceptance and continuous use of technology innovation, to deepen users' behavior theory of continuous use, and to promote the development of knowledge Q&A community and user demand theory.[Method/process] Based on the expectation-confirmation theory model (ECM-ISC) and the relationship maintenance binary theory, this study constructed a model and measurement scale for the continuous use of users in the online knowledge Q&A community. A total of 358 valid sample data were collected and the structural equation model was used for hypothesis testing.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the user's expected confirmation is composed of five dimensions: information, social, emotional, entertainment and social identity expectation, and all five kinds of confirmation can positively and significantly affect the user's satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Satisfaction and perceived usefulness have positive effects on users' willingness to continue using; User perceived switching cost, user habits and self-efficacy positively affect willingness to continue using; Self-efficacy positively affects the degree of social identity confirmation.

[Objective] This paper discusses the factors affecting the adoption behavior of college students' mobile libraries from the perspective of user behavior, and provides reference for the construction and development of mobile libraries. [Method] Based on the UTAUT and TTF models, this paper introduces the perceptual entertainment variables to modify the model, constructs the research model of the influencing factors of mobile library adoption behavior, and uses the structural equation model to analyze the path of 271 college students' questionnaire data. [Conclusion] The task/technical adaptability has a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness of mobile libraries; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived entertainment, and task/technical fitness all have significant positive impacts on mobile library adoption expectations, and the willingness to adopt plays a mediating role in the impact of the above variables on the adoption behavior of mobile libraries; convenience conditions and willingness to adopt directly have a significant positive impact on the adoption behavior of mobile libraries.Based on this, four suggestions for decision making are proposed.

This paper takes the first-level environmental science and engineering of 20 universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example, and selects the data of the core of Web of Science for nearly ten years (2009-2018) to explore multi-dimensional subject evaluation methods. The macro dimension selects the total number of papers, the total number of citations, the number of times of citations, the index of h, the average annual growth rate, and analyzes the overall development of the subject from the two aspects of the number and quality of the papers. The number of publications has increased year by year. The h-index of Tsinghua University, Peking University and Beijing Normal University ranks in the top three, but the number of citations of Beijing Normal University academic papers needs to be improved. Further, through academic traces and academic matrices, the specific gaps between colleges and universities are analyzed from the microscopic aspects. Among the 20 universities, except for Tianjin University of Technology, the proportion of zero-cited papers is low. The papers published by North China Electric Power University can be quickly recognized and quoted by person of the same occupation. Tsinghua University has a large number of papers in the h-tail area.

[Purpose] By investigating the quantity and distribution of Chinese and foreign citations in 30 kinds of sci-tech periodicals in China, this paper reveals the corresponding relationship between the quantity and quality of citations and periodicals with different academic levels, as well as the evaluation utility of Chinese sci-tech periodicals. [Method] By using statistical analysis method, the quantity and quality indexes of Chinese and foreign citations in periodicals of different academic levels are compared and analyzed. [Result] The citation quantity and quality of academic periodicals are higher than those of ordinary periodicals. Because of the large proportion of Chinese citations, ordinary periodicals contribute more to the academic evaluation of sci-tech periodicals in China than academic periodicals, but the utility of academic evaluation is not high. [Conclusion] As an important part of papers and guarantee of academic quality, citation should be included in the independent index system of comprehensive evaluation of sci-tech periodicals in China. The source periodicals of Chinese scientific citation database should be adjusted appropriately, focusing on quality, and can absorb some relevant international periodicals.
