[Purpose/Significance] Long-term preservation of digital resources must fully consider the software preservation strategy. In view of the diversity and complexity of software, its rights management and use have become a new challenge. This paper explores the strategy of fair use of software in order to provide support for the development of national science and technology. [Method/Process] By defining the problems existing in the long-term preservation of the software, from the perspective of fair use, the necessary prerequisites and applicable environment for the fair use and long-term preservation of the software are proposed according to different usage scenarios. [Result/Conclusion] Fair use provides a feasible solution for the use of software in the long-term preservation process. In the short term, people should respect the intellectual property rights of the software owner, and the copying, use and analysis of the software should be in accordance with the terms of the contract; In terms of long-term benefits, the long-term preservation of digital resources is a guarantee mechanism to support the development of national science and technology. We should establish a sound long-term preservation policy of software and integrate it into the long-term preservation system of digital resources.

Machine learning is a machine-oriented data analysis method, and the research of automated machine learning promotes the development of artificial intelligence. The rapid accumulation of big data has promoted the development of machine learning algorithms. How to choose the right one to solve industry problems has been difficult in its applications. The authors sort out the new materials in this area, and carefully analyzes the characteristics of various machine algorithms and the differences between them, summarizes the background, advantages and disadvantages of them. On this basis, this paper analyzes the case of machine learning in agricultural applications, and summarizes it, finally, this paper points out the current development bottlenecks and proposes further research and application.

Innovating the concept and improving the level of scientific and technological (S&T) evaluation in universities is a powerful guarantee for the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines. This paper designed the Framework of compiling University S&T Development Index which included the main theory points, the principle, the method of constructing the index and the building of the information processing platform. It laid the foundation for the comprehensive implementation of the University S&T Development Index. Compared with the traditional S&T evaluation methods, the University S&T Development Index has the characteristics of dynamic, international standards, objective and feasibility. It meets the new requirements of the S&T evaluation under the background of double first-class construction.

Blockchain, as a new force for transforming the Internet, will bring about tremendous changes in information resource sharing activities and information service organizations. Information resource sharing activities and information services are the main content of the research in the field of library and information. Therefore, the article attempts to explore the application of blockchain in the field of library and information, and guides blockchain technology to better carry out information services. Firstly, this paper analyzes the time distribution and research hotspots of blockchain research by means of bibliometrics and content analysis, expounds the research content, significance, challenges and directions of breakthroughs in the field of library and information. Finally, using the empirical research method, combined with the characteristics of the blockchain, the application of blockchain technology in the future intelligence field is prospected from the specific application scenarios such as copyright protection, university library management, user credit, science and education evaluation and other fields.

With the promotion of information technology such as cloud computing, the wisdom of libraries can be realized. In the cloud environment, the computing and storage functions of computers can be shared by many people through the network, and can be reconfigured according to the actual needs of users to prevent the waste of network resources. Using cloud technology to improve and perfect the functions of library management system is an important direction for the intelligent development of University libraries. This paper first introduces the relationship between cloud technology and library management system. Then, on the premise of effective management of the system, it builds a model of the intelligent management system of University Library in the cloud environment from the aspects of overall framework, off-line application, distributed cache mechanism and security guarantee, and gives the corresponding technical measures to realize the functions of these systems.

This paper combs the current situation of the evaluation of the spatial value of University Libraries at home and abroad by using the method of literature research. It analyses and sorts out the research methods, evaluation framework and evaluation methods, and understands the existing problems in the evaluation of the library's spatial reengineering. It concludes that only a unified evaluation value system can be established. The conclusion is that only by establishing a unified evaluation value system, establishing an orderly evaluation mechanism, and an effective model framework and diversifying the research process, will we establish a more mature and perfect space reconstruction value evaluation system and promote Chinese library space to redevelopment better.

[Objective/ Significance] Under the background of information age, readers' individualized needs are becoming more and more obvious.Libraries should be keen to grasp the needs of different types of readers and provide personalized information services according to their needs, continuously cater to the requirements of readers and improving reader satisfaction. [Method/Process] To deeply understand the information demand of different readers through questionnaire method and communication survey method. According to different needs, readers are divided into three categories: new readers, old readers and research-oriented readers. Three cases of information innovation service of different types of readers are selected for empirical research. [Result/ Conclusion] Research results of three empirical cases show that the innovative ways adopted by our library are highly operable, and greatly improved the reader's satisfaction, the reader's enthusiasm for using library resources has also improved, and achieved good results.

With the development and popularization of cloud computing technology, desktop virtualization technology has also been fully developed and applied. The speed of library digital construction is also accelerating, and library retrieval terminals have encountered problems such as management difficulties and high maintenance costs. This paper first analyzes the current situation of virtualization technology application at home and abroad and the construction status of library virtualization system, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of library virtualization system at home and abroad. Based on this, the Tsinghua University Library is used as a prototype. Desktop virtualization technology is used to design and realize the informatization construction of the library. The main research contents of the thesis are summarized as follows:[Objective] Study the application of virtualization of libraries in various universities in China, and find out the solutions to problems encountered in the construction of library information.[Methods] Based on computer virtualization technology, it mainly analyzes the implementation of desktop virtualization.[Conclusions] Through desktop virtualization technology, Tsinghua University Library has enhanced the scalability and security of the search terminal desktop system, improved hardware utilization, and obtained the conclusion that using desktop virtualization technology is good to facilitate resource storage and management and reduce operating costs.

[Purpose/significance] Clarifying the relationship between library behavior and reader's emotion and reader's participation can help libraries manage librarians' behavior effectively, stimulate readers' positive emotion and encourage readers to participate actively, so as to improve readers' satisfaction and competitiveness of libraries.[Method/process] Taking the library of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example, this paper introduces SOR model, constructs the influence relationship model of "librarian's behavior - reader's emotion - reader's participation", and uses regression model of SPSS software to empirically analyze the influence of librarian's behavior on reader's participation and reader's affection, and the intermediary role of librarian behavior and reader participation.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the librarian's behavior has a significant positive impact on reader participation, the librarian's behavior has a significant impact on reader's emotion, the reader's emotion has a significant impact on reader participation, and the reader's emotion plays a mediating role between the librarian's behavior and reader's participation.
