Abstract: As a new mode, Patron Driven Acquisitions (PDA) makes library resource construction more close to public choice. But the lack of PDA mode at present in the construction of literature resource can not be ignored. The introduction of user weight, has made PDA model more scientific, the resource construction system more reasonable, with higher resource utilization rate and people-oriented development, which can let the library better practice the basic task of readers first, and readers participate in the construction of resource.
