Research on the Knowledge Service Mechanism of New-type Think-tank with Library Characteristics Driven by Innovation Strategy

Abstract: Innovation is the main melody in the development of the times. Knowledge service of new-type think-tank with library characteristics should build effective service mechanism under the drive of innovation strategy. The development trend of new-type think-tank knowledge service showed that it need build a service mechanism based on the matching of management, talents, positioning and design, to broaden the knowledge resource, innovate service mechanism, conduct knowledge innovation and improve the technical support from the policy level, and at last comprehensively implement the service mechanism to promote the overall development of library and provide the impetus for the modernization of China, under the drive of innovation strategy.
