Construction of University Library Synergetic Evaluation System Based on Performance Evaluation ——Taking the Performance Evaluation in Hainan's University Libraries as Case Study

Abstract: Taking the performance evaluation in Hainan's university libraries as case study, this paper discussed how to construct a university library performance evaluation system with the trinity synergistic evaluation results of self assessment, peer assessment and superior assessment to lay the foundation for the realization of automated, intelligent university library performance evaluation, from the aspects of constructing the evaluation index system library performance, building the fact database application system and establishing the collaborative performance management system platform.
