Abstract: With the richly developing and reforming of government procurement, librarians should take advantage of it, then put the fund at the key point. Because of literature's particularity, public library has faced some troubles in government procurement. Taking Liaoning Library as the example, this paper put forward suggestions on government procurement, with the hope of avoiding risk for librarians and orderly developing the government procurement of document literature.
