New Progress of Foreign Reference Service and its Inspiration

Abstract: This paper analyzed the challenges faced by reference service under the information environment and the latest progress of foreign reference service, and studied the construction of new reference service mode, and put forward the future development of reference service, the adjustment of reference service system and the foundation of cooperation mechanism in modern changing society.
