Market Demand and Strategy Analysis of Library’s Mobile Reference Service

Abstract: This paper analyzed the way and content of library’s mobile reference service, and studied the market demand situation from the networking, informatization and knowledgeablization, and then researched on the market demand profile, existing problems and improvements of library’s mobile reference service by using questionnaire. And finally, according to the market demand of mobile reference service, it proposed some strategies based on the research of new mobile technology, the realization of service innovation, the change of new marketing means and the enhancement of service breadth.
