Discussion on the Personalized Information Service of University Library under the Background of Internet

Abstract: Under the background of Internet, the personalized needs of university library users have been increasingly showing a trend of diversification, while traditional information service model has lagged behind. How to grasp the diverse needs of users and provide personalized information service is a common problem faced by all university libraries. Based on the analysis of the basic connotation and existing problems of university library’s personalized information service under the background of Internet, this paper puts forward relevant development strategies, so as to help the personalized information service of university library.
