The Analysis and Countermeasures of the Difficulties in the Acquisition of Primary Literature Resources in Military Academy

Abstract: Resource collection difficulties has become a bottleneck restricting the construction of military academy native literature resources, combining with practice from the faculty of knowledge in the construction of the library to carry out the native literature, submit the enthusiasm is not high, lack of native literature collection system in the overall planning and implementation of effective mechanism and the characteristics of the native literature resources itself four aspects analyzes the native literature resources acquisition difficult reason, and intensify the building of the native literature publicity, formulate rules and regulations to strengthen the implementation mechanism and so on puts forward a method to cope with the difficulties.
