Research on the Role of Library Information Service in the Evaluation of University Talents Core Competence

Abstract: The lack and drain of university talents have always been the serious problem limiting the development of Xinjiang's universities. From the perspective of library information service, this paper chooses three universities representing the development level of Xinjiang's universities as the research objects, including Xinjiang University, Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, and Xinjiang Agricultural University, and analyzed the core competencies of university teachers by using data mining and analysis, to find the key restricting factors, so as to achieve the purpose of upgrading the core competence of Xinjiang's university talents, and improve both information service and library service.
