Library boundary based on enterprise boundary theory

Abstract: Based on the enterprise boundary and boundary extension theory in economics,combining the characteristics and development rules of the library, we discuss the core competence and essential elements of the library, summary the advantages of guiding principles of Library boundary expansion. After taking the embedded subject service for research and Aminer as an example, we discuss the limitations of Library boundary expansion, which can be used as a reference for libraries' new business or boundary extension.
