Study on the Effective Incentive for Young Librarians in University Library Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

Abstract: Young librarians are the important strength in the university library. Starting from Maslow's hierarchy of needs, this thesis put forward how to take measures to meet the basic needs of young librarians and arouse their enthusiasm for work, so as to make library work in all the various aspects go well.
