Investigation on the Function of CIS in the Reader Service of University Library ——A Case Study of Library Service in Nanjing Tech University

Abstract: Taking the Nanjing Tech University as an example, this paper used the method of network questionnaire to investigate the specific concept of library reader service, the external image of reader service personnel and the concrete operation of reader service work, and studied the image recognition of library reader service work, and analyzed the results and gave the existing problems as well as the suggestions.
