Research on the Public Cultural Service Mode of University Library under the Network Environment

Abstract: The public cultural service of university library under the network environment has tended to ubiquity, digitization, socialization and self-independence. Combining with the present situation and the relevant questionnaire analysis service, this paper proposed that it should take relevant measures and put forward five service mode, including mobile software, network course, personalized service, digital resource sharing of primary and secondary schools, co-construction of library alliance, to realize win-win on the resource utilization of universities, government and society.
