Structure and Construction of Multiple Platform Service System in the Makerspace of Public Library

Abstract: Focusing on the problem of insufficient software service construction in the makerspace of public library, this paper tried to build a multiple platform service system, to conduct personalized service for makers in the makerspace through the different functions and service modes of each platform, which can expand the service contents and function for makers, and perfect the service system of makerspace, and provide effective service in the whole entrepreneurial process, helping the makers realize entrepreneurial dreams.
