Abstract: Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University of university libraries’ disability service in Henan province, and then put forward the suggestions and strategies on the future development of university libraries’ disability service through drawing on the experience of America’s university libraries and Japan’s public libraries in the development of disability service.
