Statistic Study and Development Thinking on the Top 1% Disciplines Ranked by ESI in Hebei’s Universities

Abstract: This paper surveyed the domestic and international ranking of Hebei’s universities owing the top 1% disciplines of ESI, and analyzed the bibliometrics indexes of wos papers, cited frequency and highly cited papers, and predicted the potential top 1% disciplines of ESI in Hebei’s universities, and put forward some suggestions for the further development of ESI disciplines in Hebei province.
