Self-appraisal Research on University Library Efficiency

Abstract: This paper discussed the self-appraisal as one of the main bodies, and mainly elaborated the necessity, content, method of the self-appraisal in university library. Through self-appraisal, library can look for the existing questions, formulate the next development direction, so as to provide basis for the library policymaking and realize library standard management.
