Literature Review on RFID Application in University Libraries in China

Abstract: With the improvement of RFID intelligent management system and standard, more and more universities have introduced RFID intelligent management system, and the practice and application of RFID has become a hot spot in the research of university library. In order to better study and use RFID technology and service for university library, taking the literature about RFID application of university library included in CNKI until 2015 as the the research object, this paper discussed and studied the quantity, literature source journals, authors, subjects, core organization distribution, high citation counts of related literature, and reflected the current situation and developing trend of RFID application in university libraries in China from the aspect of literature research, and then explored and found the practical experience.
