Research on Sustainable Development of University Librarians in Northwest area Taking Northwest A&F University Library as Example

Abstract: For the difference in platform, idea, system and economic development, the team construction of university librarians in northwest area is relatively backward. This paper made a data analysis including age structure, academic structure and professional structure by taking the librarians in Northwest A&F University as example, and expounded the problems in current team construction of university librarians in northwest area, and then analyzed the causes of these problems and advanced some corresponding solutions to realize the sustainable development of university librarians.
