Abstract: Rural public information service is important to new rural construction, the rural public information service in Liaoning northwest countryside is still in exploration stage, by investigating the current situation of rural public information service in Liaoning northwest countryside, and analyzing the problems within it, then, they propose some recommendations to solve the problems.
