By analyzing the demands of agricultural technology information management, this paper researched and practiced the developing methods and techniques of agricultural technology information management system. The system provided a comprehensive, fast and accurate information platform, which increased the management efficiency.

Study on the factors of mobile reading stickiness behavior, explore how to promote universal reading problems effectively from enhanced mobile reading stickiness. Based on TTF and ECT-ISC theoretical model, in conjunction with mobile reading and stickiness behavior of the characteristics of the introduction of new variables, analyze the user mobile reading stickiness behavior factors on the basis of the extended model. By mobile reading user questionnaire collected data using SPSS and Amos tools for data analysis and model testing. Providing the prediction direction for the comprehensive promotion of mobile reading, keep the user reading stickiness provides a theoretical reference.

The quality of UI design in digital library has been directly related to user’s use of information resource. Starting from the establishment of UI analysis evaluation system, this paper conducted the evaluation of Guangzhou’s four digital university libraries, and analyzed their leading ideas. Based on these, it summarized the principles and the methods of digital library’s UI design, and designed the UI of digital library in South China Normal University.

Aiming at the book misplacement problem in open shelf environment, a mobile RFID book detecting and positioning system was proposed based on the application of the space positioning function of RFID radar system developed by Trolley Scan company and the combination of wireless Internet and mobile display characteristics of PAD equipment, which could more quickly help readers find the misplaced books with the accurate positioning of RFID tags. Practice proved that this method could better improve the search efficiency of misplaced books, and save the time of readers in finding books, and then enhance the working efficiency of staff and reduce the workload, as well as improve the whole quality of library service.

In order to apply RFID technology in university library, it needs to rebuild the library management system, which includes four layers, covering data collection, data communication, data storage and system platform. Library also needs to make RFID system compatible with existing equipment. It should consider the changes and properly solve the new problems brought by the application of RFID technology.

On this basis, through retrieving 103 papers from the Wanfang database on farmers’ information behavior, it summarized the problems in the keyword indexing by example analysis, and put forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of keyword indexing.

Analysis of single discipline research performance in scientific institutions has become more suitable to discipline delicacy management. Based on InCites, it can be devided into four steps:(1)Selecting discipline classification model;(2) Selecting analysis indicators;(3) Selecting institution and time frame;(4)Analyzing data. Taking the materials science discipline in Southwest University of Science and Technology for example, this paper analyzed its research performance between 1994 and 2014 by using InCites and comparing with analogous institutions’ benchmark data in the world, and discovered the most active and influential researchers and analyzed scientific research cooperation situation, so as to provide method instructs to other institutions’ single discipline research performance evaluation.

In this paper, the social network analysis method was introduced to research the key words of 984 important journals published in the past 10 years. The results showed that the past research was mainly distributed in 8 research directions or perspectives. Through the further analysis on the 8 topics, it found that the research contents of nationwide reading in China were relatively comprehensive, but lacking depth. Compared with European and American who were cultural powers, China’s research still had quite great differences, which required institutions, scholars and the people to create a new situation for the study of nationwide reading.

In the information era, traditional library has reached a transition period. During this period, library should play its own unique social service function to undertake the social responsibility. Based on the balanced scorecard method, and combined with the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper constructed a social responsibility evaluation system for library in transition period, covering four dimensions of finance, customer, internal process, learning and growing, so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating library’s social responsibility during the transitional period.

At present, the vast majority of university libraries in China have not implemented the opening for the society, which influenced the development of universal reading activities, and didn’t fully utilized library information resource. National government should lay down laws and regulations to require university library open for the society. Universities should learn from the foreign experience on opening for the outside to innovate service mode, expand the scope of service, research opening methods and service for the public and the construction of country, and strive to make the best use of resource to indirectly create social wealth and promote the healthy development of library cause.

Library should strengthen the protection of library users’ privacy, scientifically evaluate the users’ privacy leakage tolerance, and reasonably quantify the controllable range of users’ privacy leakage, and then provide theoretical guidance and measurement tool for the information processing and privacy protection during library’s big data service. Through questionnaire survey, this paper investigated the users’ privacy leakage tolerance under the background of library’s big data service from three dimensions including information style sensitivity, information collection sensitivity and information usage sensitivity. Through analyzing the privacy leakage risks and causes, it studied empirically the current situation, characteristics and influential factors of privacy leakage tolerance through correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result showed that library users’ privacy leakage tolerance was overall at a moderately low level, and showed significant individual difference and was influenced by demographic factors of gender, age, occupation, education level and income level. Library should protect the users’ legitimate interest and carry out big data service from the six aspects of improving the standardization, enhancing the transparency, improving the security, realizing the compatibility, ensuring the humanization and promoting the resilience.

This paper analyzed the principle and process of strategic planning, and put forward seven key points represented by S, M, A, R, T, E, R based on the smart principle in university library’s strategic planning.

This paper analyzed the concept as well as the pros and cons of circulation business outsourcing, and refined the core business of library circulation, and recommended to establish outsourcing management team to disposed the outsourcing transition and quality management with readers as the center.

According to the basic idea of book description and classification requirements, the cataloging personnel needs to distinguish the edition of western language books and authorize photomechanical printing books correctly, and confirm whether they are new books, duplicate books or the same kind of books, and objectively describe cataloguing title, version, published version and history and other information in detail. Through the analysis on the version of western language books, this paper put forward the treatment methods of the title number and auxiliary distinguish code about this kind of books based on the working practice.

This paper explained the origin and contents of the principle of performance, and revealed the intimate connection between this principle and the enhancement of positive energy in library. It analyzed how the principle of performance performed against the negative energy around the librarians, including low mood, slacking psychology, psychological inversion and irresponsibility, and how the principle of performance promoted positive energy such as positive work attitude, enthusiastic service attitude. Based on the principle of performance, it proposed some measures to enhance the positive energy of library from the view of individual, team and management system respectively.
