Abstract: With the appearance of website, the flourish of open access movement and the evolution of scientific paradigm, human’s academic exchange and transmission mode has been changed greatly, while university library has faced new challenges and opportunities. University library should adjust to make use of the opportunities provided by new information space to develop related technologies and service, and improve university library’s visibility and influence on the academic exchange ecosystem.
