Research on the Construction of Happy Culture System in University Library

Abstract: As an advanced form of management function, university library culture has played an important role in improving the competitive advantage of library. After analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the happy culture in library, this paper put forward the significance of building the happy culture in library, and constructed the happy culture system composed of happy librarian, happy reader, happy service, happy reading and happy interaction.
