Implementation of Smart Library’s Smart Management and Cultivation of Smart Librarian

Abstract: Since the concept of smart library was first proposed, it has deeply attracted the public attention with its innovative concept, advanced technique and unique service mode. Library can’t run without management and librarians. This paper explored how to build greater smart library from its smart management and smart librarian cultivation.
