Abstract: In 2013 Mooc education crisis sweeping the globe,the domestic impact of higher education faces significant challenges. Online Education Allianc mooc model based on the contiuous establishment.The concept revolves around mooc, background\characteristics,the article analyzes its impact on higher education and university library in the face of domestic mooc’s thinking.
