Abstract: This paper aimed to build specific domain ontology of curriculum knowledge system, achieve information extraction from domain ontology, create efficient environment for teaching and promote innovative teaching pattern by combining traditional classroom with MOOC platform. The education managers, teachers and students should participate in building the platform. Teachers should focus on curriculum operation mode, then guide students to obtain the best quality of information literacy and develop library liaison model, integrate library's deeper service, so as to stimulate students' strong interest in learning and motivation and make them become the masters of knowledge, and further build the MOOC as a multidimensional and new-type service system.
