College Library's Development Based on Cultural Innovation

Abstract: Cultural innovation is important constituent of the national innovation system construction, and university library is a important battle field for promote cultural innovation Smooth implementation. This article from the overview of the national innovation system as a starting point, analysis the cultural innovation and the relationship between the national innovation system, and finally discusses the university library’s development about location problem and important function in the cultural innovation.
