Abstract: The development of Information technology and mobile communication technology is changing the way of people gaining information, the mobile information literacy teaching and training based on smart phone and mobile communications devices has become huge opportunity and challenge the librarians are faced with. University librarians should adjust their own position timely to accept the new knowledge and innovation skills, providing users with more and better online and on-site services, maintaining the vigor and vitality of library development.
