Application of Sampling Method in Quality Evaluation of Novelty Report

Abstract: Novelty report is the final embodiment of novelty retrieval, and it is necessary to sample the reports regularly. Based on sampling survey technique, this paper proposed the conception of sampling evaluation implementation scheme for novelty reports, and explained the concrete evaluation method of novelty reports’ qualified ratio with examples.
