The Benefit Analysis of Subject Librarian System Based on the H-index

Abstract: This paper connected the H-index with the benefit research of subject librarian system. Through computing the H-index of eight universities’ scientific researches during twenty-five years since the beginning of subject librarian system, it analyzed the trend of the H-index to examine the benefit of this system in sample universities, and then gave suggestions of the future development of this system.
