Study of Mobile University Library Alliance Construction

Abstract: In recent years, mobile library has been widely used in China’s universities, and promoted library alliance to develop to mobile library alliance. This paper proposed the opportunities and challenges of mobile library alliance construction based on the status analysis about of mobile library and mobile library alliance, and then put forward the exploration on the organization mode and service mode.
