Research on the Utilization and Quality Assurance of Free Network Academic Resource

Abstract: Free network academic resource has become an important supplement of literature resource for university library. Through the survey on the construction of free network academic resource in Library of Henan University, the utilization measures of free network academic resource were put forward, and comments and suggestions on how to guarantee the resource quality were proposed.
