Abstract: The synchronous development among rural urbanization,rural industrialization and agricultural modernization can’t do without rural collective construction land circulation,which has inevitable influence on the peasants’ employment transformation.It is important for the new rural development to make rural collective construction land circulation and the peasants’ employment transformation develop cooperatively.The essay analyzed the influence of the establishment of China's land transfer market on the contribution to the human capital accumulation.Furthermore,the essay also evaluates comprehensively and objectively the research content ,value and innovation of the book named “Research on Rural Collective Construction Land Circulation and Employment Transformation” .
